Office Info Meet the Staff

We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team is a registered assistant, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay ahead of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

Lisa Klassen – Orthodontic Assistant/ Administrative Assistant

Lisa has wanted to expand her skillset within the office, so eagerly has taken on the role of Administrative Assistant.  She will be your first contact for the office.  She is a graduate from the Level II Dental Assisting program at Medix in London, Ontario and is certified with the Ontario Dental Assistants Association. Lisa is here to assist in welcoming you to our practice and is happy to share the orthodontic experience with you!

Melissa Marcy – Administration

Melissa has her BScN, BHSc and is an IBCLC with over 10 years of experience in Women’s and Children’s Care.  Melissa works in an administrative support capacity and is responsible for making the office a warm and caring environment for our patients and staff. Judi Zarola – Dental Hygienist

Judi is a graduate of the Dental Assisting and Dental Hygiene programs at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario, and is licensed with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario. With over 18 years of orthodontic clinical and administrative experience, Judi is available to answer all your questions and concerns and is dedicated to making the orthodontic experience from your first visit to your final retainer check as pleasant as possible!
